Accessibility Statement
StateOwed is committed to making its informational website usable by people with a wide range of abilities, technologies, and ways of navigating.

Last updated: August 22, 2026
Our accessibility target
StateOwed LLC aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and we review the Site as its content and technology change.
Accessibility features
The Site is designed and built with accessibility considerations including:
- Semantic page landmarks and a consistent heading structure that support screen-reader navigation.
- A skip link that lets keyboard users move directly to the main content.
- A contrast-checked color palette intended to meet WCAG 2.1 AA text-contrast requirements, including text displayed over imagery.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and hidden treatment for purely decorative illustrations.
- Links, link-styled buttons, and expandable FAQ controls are keyboard operable, with visible focus indicators.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and a range of viewport sizes without requiring horizontal page scrolling.
- Reduced-motion and reduced-transparency accommodations where supported by the visitor’s browser or operating-system preferences.
Third-party content
The Site may link to government or other third-party websites that StateOwed does not control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of external content, but we welcome reports when a linked resource creates a barrier so we can consider an accessible way to provide the relevant information.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information from the Site in another format, or have suggestions for improvement, contact us using the email address or phone number below. Please identify the page or feature involved, describe the barrier, and tell us your preferred way to receive a response. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and provide an accessible alternative when feasible.
Continuous improvement
We consider accessibility when adding content, selecting imagery, changing interactions, and reviewing the Site. Reports from visitors help us identify issues that automated and internal checks may miss.
